A 15th-century Polish astronomer, astrologer, and physician. In collaboration with the astronomer Regiomontanus (Johannes Müller), he created astronomical and astrological tables, and pursued astronomical research in Pressburg (present-day Bratislava), Esztergom, and Buda.
